ReplyDeleteSir, Regarding pay parity with civilian counterparts I would like to say that 4 groups namely A,B,C & D are there for civil employees whereas only 3 groups are there for Defence ranks. Group B is only for namesake as far as concerning pay scale. If it is considered then pay scale for Sergeant in Grade Pay of 4200/-JWO-- 4600/- WO--5400/-(like Dy SP) MWO--6600/-(equiv to ASP).Defence organization should keep JCO's,SNCO's in category of Group B employee and they should be givena at least Four Promotion within there bond period.Tab lagega ki PBOR Ke sath nyay hua hai. Jai hind.
ReplyDeleteIt is very much pleasing to see that the chaos of non pensioner ex-servicemen are taken up. Though there had been so many committees set up in the matter, nothing has so far turned fruitful. It is high time the interests of the non-pensioners are also taken up for consideration.
