    8. Notification dt.07/11/2015 clearly states the parameter to be used for fixation of pension under OROP i.e, average of the max. and min. pension granted to the persons holding same rank and same length of service during the calendar year 2013. If so, (i) who is that hony. officer granted pension in 2013 for serving the forces for just 6 months. (ii) How can the average of min. and max. is same for having service 15 yrs to 19.5 yrs (quoted only for example of Y group Nb.Sub, the table is full of such instances)

This clearly shows that the formula adopted for arriving OROP pension is not the one as stated in their own notification dt.7.11.2015. For these many years these sort of things went on unnoticed denying the right pension. After framing the guidelines the responsibility of preparing table should have been handed over to integrated cell of Services so that the pension fixation is in order. Now the fixation at the mercy of babus are violating their own formula stated in the notification.

    11. Sir, I am not much knowledged in this regard. Still, I would like to clarify from the learned personnel on my query i.e. given below.
"Please refer in the chart under column 'NOW' of a Y group Hav & equivalent having qualified service 23.5 is drawing pension of '6290' only - whereas other Y group Hav & equivalents having qualified service from 20 years to 23 years are drawing much more pension. I am not able to understand how it can be like that.

    15. Respected sir, Really thankful for the timely hard work. There appears some correction needs in the table of Sub Y group. The pension of Sub Y group as per circular No 501 is 11970 but the pension was found shown as 13105 this needs correction. Like wise Table of Hony Nk, Hony Hav and Hony Nb Sub are found omitted. As regards Qualifying service, fraction of 3 months and up to 9 months will be treatred as half year and 9 months and above will be trated as full year. This is very clearly repeated/mentioned in the PCDA(P) Allahabad circular No 555.

    21. Sir, Our demand was for OROP that person should get same pension with same rank and same length of service. But the table shows same pension is for different length of service, for instance a Subedar "X" group rendering 17.5 years of service and another Subedar rendered 24 years of service will get same pension ie 11615/=pm.It completely violating the rule of same length of service in same rank under OROP. Anybody have suitable answer, please advise.Thanks.

    22. Even one year difference in service can't have less basic pay than his junior, because of the increment in every year. Whether it is average or minimum, the pension basic should be more than his juniors. The issued OROP table defies all the logic and as a result the OROP table issued by the govt. shows less basic than what I am already drawing.

      1. sir never in the history of earlier cpc's it was noticed that the pension of any esm with more qs was less than his junior with less no of qs. this was for the first time as these tables show that there was a deliberate evil design by babus to make a mess of it becoz they feel that whatever they do 'services can not intervene.
There is an absolute violation of orop letter issued on 2015 noone from cgda gave any logic behind calculating these tables.
In my opinion the first protest should be for for correction of these tables second should be for actual orop as passed by parliament and third should be that hence onwards for inclusion of services representatives in cgda or pcda so that in future esm's are not taken for a ride by babus. thanks

    23. This wrong arrears calculated by, It should be the difference of tables of circular 547 and tables of circular 555. for example a Hav of service 21 years getting pension as per circular 547 Rs.4809/- and vide circular 555 his pension has been given Rs.7795/- Therefore, Arrears comes 7795-4809 = 2986X40.53 =121023/- This is correct arrears.

    26. 1. I have understood that nothing is going to be changed unless there is an urgent intervention by the developed nations.

      2. The country is still following the colonial mindset and some country might have vested interests that we continue to do so. They may want a chaos in the armed forces. Unless they think for us or change their attitudes, we are not going to be benefited by any means.

      3. Our great leaders are not ready to listen the subordinate ranks.

      4. Look at the OROP charts. Havildar group 'X' 20 years: Pension is 9055. I am already drawing more than that. How is that possible? Atleast I could be benefited by few rupees. Why a negative OROP for me? Was it deliberate?

      5. Who will listen the poor veterans? Perhaps, no one. That is what I think so.

    32. Dear all pl go through the officers OROP chart table Lt Col to Lt Gen Rs 42000/= basic pay means 119% DA total Rs. 92000/= it is very less for them pl get it reduce some more amount from BOR and may be given to officers. It become like a Class A,B & C catagory 10 %,20 % and 70 % means 10% is high value A catagory and contribute more than 70% where a who are 70 % in numbers contribute only 10 % value. This 10% numbers are officers and contributing of pension amount 70 %. where as given a false statement and figure that pension amount shall go to PBOR 86% and For officers only 14 %. It is false. Pl go through revice pension chart from Lt Col onward and multiply by their strength. You will find a surprise how behind the curtain happening. It should annalized and comment . regards Ex Sgt CP Singh

    38. It unfortunate that people are discussing about OROP, but forgotten about injustice done in previous CPC ( 6 ) for the correct Pensions and the correct arrears. The OROP still not yet finalised as judicial commission yet to give its final decision. But let us concentrate on the arrears which are our legitimate but denied ,saying the arrears will not given for the correction done for 4227 / 5515/ 6374 pl someone to take up this issue before 7 CPC is being implemented. Thanks for all those who are trying to help their brothers.

    41. In the long run there will be lots of confusion while sorting out the past 6th CPC anomalies, cases in courts, the present OROP tables as per the PCDA (P) Circular 555, and the forth coming 7th CPC matrices which are increments based. Somebody must do a thorough study and relate all the four and arrive at a consolidated tables for all these. Then again we have to fight court cases for the OROP as given now and the 7CPC discrepancies for next 10 years which are bound to be there. The government if sincere should have involved the service personal while formulating these Pension scales. So these arrear tables are not final and one will see many more in next ten years. All the best. Jai Hind.

    43. Projected OROP table disappointed me. Why shouldn't Govt issue a BPL card to officers and hony commissioned JCOs ? It is not OROP but it is simply a joke.
