who celebrated his 98th Birthday in Ludhiana yesterday addressed a
Veterans Rally.
As a birthday gift, he has asked his two sons one a retired Gp Capt
another a retired Colonel to take him to Jantar Mantar tomorrow (monday)
where he will be on a hunger strike onto death with other veterans for
the OROP cause. He has told his sons to cremate him...

What a great sacrifice, 1000 salutes to major Gurudayal Singh, govt will never understand, they are deaf, blind, and dumb, they don't have any value towards defence forces, they take us for granted, this major who is 98 years old and doing hunger strike, is it not paining them, he is of grand- grandpa's age, why make him suffer

ReplyDeleteIt is inhuman on the part of Govt to treat the veterans in a shabby manner. Take out the Bureaucrats between the political Bosses and the Veterans in the negotiations, and you will see grand solution. [Was there a negotiation when the Baus got themselves NFFU?!].
