This is to notify you that General Body of AFVAI is scheduled to meet on 6-Sep-15 (Sunday) at New Delhi to discuss, inter-alia, its future course of action, substantiation of its office bearers, membership drive etc, by-laws etc. 

All members are therefore requested to attend it religiously. Kindly intimate your availability in advance so logistics can be arranged accordingly.
