I wish to state that since Independence our Armed Forces has drastically downgraded by Politicians with the help of our own main internal cum worse enemy who are known as Bureaucrats/IDAS/IAS and its similar categories for benefits only for Bureaucrats and day to day overridden the categories other than Bureaucrats in a maximum Level. In 1973 our Armed Forces got gift from whilst Indira Gandhi led Govt for reduction of pension on victory of Indo - Pak war and it is continuing till not. Presently be fooling by present Govt on OROP, applied tax to war wounded and other Disabled personnel in Jun 2019 , No Leave encashment for X Group and Military Service pay on retirement which cause huge loss to all retirees at present and in future also. I do not know what type of welfare to Indian Armed Forces by previous Govt or present Govt. Very sad and Bad to Nation

Ex-Jwo Arya Prem Kumar took VRS 9n 331 Dec 1990.during 3rd CPC I was in Leh-Ladhak, we were so sad to know our Pension was reduced to 50% from 70%.
