      It is not a surprise. The CDS has delivered as per the tacit understanding with the MOD. This marks the beginning of a process to further denigrate the Armed Forces of whatever little is still left to attract the best talent for serving the Nation. In the guise of increasing the retirement age, main aim is to bring home the point that personnel serving in Armed Forces have to serve as Bonded Labor, rather than as a Proud Defense Person.
