      Pls see the news in Hindi Nav Bhart Newspaper of today page 12
      " Retired fojion ke liye guidelines hogi, saza nahi". I think this move making guidelines where will further downgrade the ORs and only COs will have the more privileges may be hospital treatments, CSD system and many more. This is just a warning message and we ORs should be careful not to fall in this net unless it is acceptable to ORs.
