No revision in OROP is likely to be considered so long Gen Satbir keeps fingering Defence Minister, FM, MOD Officials & PM with his cheap slogan/war cry "SADDA HAQ:ETHEY RAKH. Lack of Diplomacy & Tactfulness in Gen Satbir is going to cost ESM very dearly.Look at CRPF, BSF, Assam Rifles & ITBP who have been showered with more & more benefits because of Diplomatic approach & Tactfulness of their higher ups. Time to find some better leadership.
While Govt has been showering more & more benefits to even CRPF, BSF & Assam Rifles, nothing is being done for the ARMY, NAVY & Air Force because of the leaders like Gen Satbir who has gone & antagonise not only MOD officials, Defence Minister, Finance Minister but offended even Prime Minister.His cheap slogans like "SADDA HAQ:ETHEY RAKH" havew not gone very well with anyone mentioned above.Lack of Diplomacy & tactfulness has made him more Unpopular. No OROP increase/review is expected so long Gen Satbir continues with his Haqs
General Sahib; your this peaceful way of protest will not bring any fruit, I bet. Have you realized or seen so far any government official or representative has cared or bothered about this protest so far? This dumb and deaf government needs loudest, hardest and strongest way of protest making them to look into your legitimate demands seriously. You have to reshape your protest moves like Gujjar in Rajasthan, Jatt in Haryana. With wearing three piece suits and ties you can't make the Govt to hear and look at you seriously.
