Forget about the Review of OROP so long Maj Gen Satbir is leading our organisation because of his ARROGANT attitude in handling the case. Worst was his Most Arrogant slogan "SADDA HAQ:ETHEY RAKH". He is yet to learn the Diplomacy in dealing with MOD, GOI, RM, FM & PM. All the suggestions/Recommendations to Gen Satbir by ESM orgs have been thrown out of his office & same attitude has been shown by PM downwards in GOI, MOD and even Army HQ.
Request to change your strategy for obtaining OROP as approved by Parliament both in UPA regime in 2014 and then during NDA rule. I suggest to concentrate on the judicial case WP No 419/2016, which could not be heard due to priority hearing of Ayodha case. As per latest order of SC, MOD was to hold discussions with affected Parties towards removal of various anomalies. This has not been done till date. It amounts to Comtempt of Court and please initiate action in this regard. Stop writing letters to Politicians including PM and RM. Write Letters to MOD bureaucrats only and then follow up as per their response. It is no use commenting about PM and RM. They are mere stooges in front of the MOD mafia. Pl save your energy for fighting the MOD Bureaucracy. As regards OROP revision wef Jul’ 19, just ignore it, please do not dilute your main Case. Regards.
Please ignore PM in your references. By stating “ PM ignores OROP revision” you are harming your own case. Revision is as per old OROP, which is being fought in SC. Do not mix it up with your statements. There are many others who are acting to seek revision. Do not change your Goal Post.
One Rank One pension farmula is not applicable for jco/it's as it has been divided into two parts X and Y .The retirees(X & Y Gp) not getting same pension have completed equal length of service and holding same Rank.No one raising this point..
