First up all sorry for my hard word against our own Internal enemy is known as Bureaucrat especially IAS/IDAS Lobbies are these categories are following Britishers customs and tradition and feels that they are super than GOD hence these culprit is doing such type of inhuman activities with Indian Armed Forces. i consider these categories are curse for Nation, Society especially for poor and Indian Armed Forces including to Common people . One day every body will realise the actual fact and these culprit will killed by some body in near future. That is sure. In India only such type of illegal activities and inhuman behavior activities happening. Feels very sad and hate on Bureaucrats

All IAS/IDAS Officers' must have deputed for service for about one month at remote area like Glacier so that they can realise the difficulties of the armed forces personnel.
