      Suprem Court which is the Apex court of India ruled out that Ex-Serviceman is only a Ex-Serviceman and that there should not be a difference between Officers and Other Ranks. Why thisdescrepency?

      Not only that difference but in case canteen, ECHS poly clinic ,in getting a vehicle and in many such things the difference of pbors and officers are great .
      So that it is true ex servicemen means ex service man in getting all benefits .

      EX-SERVICEMEN CONTRIBUTORY HEALTH SCHEME (ECHS) IS IN BAD HEALTH. Nowadays all services in this country is in bad shape. Instead ex-servicemen should give a option if they desired should continue or come out of the ECHS and get med allowance and get treatment from nearest best hospitals
