Kudos to this association for taking up this.It is definitely beneficial. My pension will increase by at least 10% from 3rd Option. I will be keenly following this and even contribute financially a bit within my means irrespective of result. My gratitude to this association for getting delinking of 33 year rule, great benefit to me there too as I took voluntary retirement after 21 years of service.
Thanks to this association for taking up this important cause which will benefit all pre-2016 pensioners. Best wishes for success although it will be a long expensive battle.
SAG(S-29) Pensioners Association has done a good thing by filing a case in CAT. Though it is late, the action taken by the association is very much appreciable since no other pensioners association has taken such action so far. Thanks to the association.
denial of option 1 is great unjustice.IT must be fought tooth and nail and get favourable judgement.I am prepared to contribute towards legal expenses.
Great effort. We do not know the progress during last few months.Is there any contact information if I think of contributing my bit towards the association's expense fighting the case.
The denial of option-1 recommended by 7 CPC WAS a great injustice committed by Govt. It is a great service undertaken by SAG Pensioners Assn.to the Pensioners community.I wish them success in their endeavour.

Definitely ,adoption of Option 1 will be beneficial as the Govt had done injustice by not following the recommendations of CPC UNIFORMLY . SK
