      These central civil pensioners who are paid out of defence estimates were manning the offices of the defence. Where as lakhs of exservicemen at the last leg of the life, are expecting the meager amount (may be zero),very badly.What action taken by the so called these defence is nobody's botheration.God will punish those who trouble the poor ex-servicemen, very soon
