    CLARIFICATION REGARDING CIRCULAR FOR PRE-2006 HAVILDARS GRANTED HON RANK OF NB SUB

    DEPARTMENT OF EX-SERVICEMEN WELFARE
    Dear Sir,
     It has come to our notice that your office have issued  the the  letter  F.NO.3 (8) /2013/D (pension/legal) Dated 30/10/2017  for Pre-2006 Havildars granted the honorary rank of Nb Sub.
     According to this letter you are seems to have granted  Nb Sub Pension to all Pre-2006 Havildars granted the honorary  rank of  Nb Sub.
    Kindly let us have your clarification that whether the captioned order is applicable to all Havildars granted the honorary rank of Nb Sub or only to Petitioners.

      I am a retiree Havildar of before 2006 after 26 years of active service.

      Can get the honorary rank of Nb Subedar & it's benefits now.
