Dear Sir,
ReplyDeleteIf there is any more hurdle likely to be created before their own Oldmen ?.
Let us see," which direction the wind blow"
Capt GS Bawa
Dear Sir,
DeleteThe attitude of the UOI is such we can not expect them to give in without creating further hurdles.UOI may ask for further adjournments in CAT PB on the ground of the outstanding three SLP'S in SC even though it is no way connected with contempt case.
Sir, now the govt without any further delay should issue orders for release of arrears of pension from 1.1.2006 to 23.9.2012
ReplyDeleteDear Sir,
Deletewe shall leave no stone unturned to compel the UOI to issue the order for the payment of what is legitimately due to the pensioners without further delay
Sir, what else is left for the UOI to wait for SLPs verdict when their curative petition is dismissed.
ReplyDeleteDear SIr,
DeleteBoth are filed against different judgements in different cases.UOI may ask for further adjournments in CAT PB on the ground of the outstanding three SLP'S in SC even though it is no way connected with contempt case.
The SLPs are listed for hearing on 24.07.2014
