The contempt petition No.158/2012 filed by pensioners for Non-implementation of CAT PB judgement in OA
655/2010, even after the dismissal of appeals for the same by Delhi
High Court & Supreme Court, came up hearing on 30/04/2014.Since the
the UOI counsel submitted that a curative petition CP(c) 126/2014 filed by UOI in supreme court is coming up for hearing on the same day , an adjournment is sought on that ground & the contempt petition was adjourned to be heard on 15/05/2014
