The contempt petition 158/2012
filed by pre-2006 pensioners came up for hearing on 12/02/2014,before the
principal bench of CAT PB.Hectic arguments took place on this day.The proceedings on 12th feb were very positive. The UOI was trying to confuse & force the court to buy time but none of which was accepted by the court.
The three SLP'S filed UOI in SC did not affect the hearing of this case in CAT PB so far.
The case is adjourned to 19/02/2014 for further hearing.
