    1. Dear Mr MBC Menon,

      1. Today I visited your portal and it is excellent for the ex-servicemen community.

      2. As regards pension parity , what about the veteran, who discharged from service with minimum pensionable service period of 15 years or more due to medical problem etc.

    2. Dear Mr.Nair,
OROP for Ex-servicemen & fullparity for CG pensioners are one and the same.Full parity case for CG pensioners is its fag end & listed for hearing in supreme court on 12/11/2013& 15/11/2013.Once full parity is granted for CG pensioners on account of court verdict, the UOI will be compelled to grant OROP for Ex-servicemen.Hence all pre2006 Ex-servicemen with 15 years or more service will be entitled to get 50% of revised basic pay as in case of post 2006 Ex-servicemen.Disability pension will accordingly be calculated on the revised basic pension

    4. Dear Sir, I cannot understand why the govt is not respecting the verdicts given by various hon, able courts on pension issues of obedient and most diciplined forces.
