      Sir, Iam pre-2006 retiree. my last status was Assistant. My pre-evised pay scale was 5500-175-9000. My last pay drawn was 7075/- in the said pay scale i.e S-10. My pnsion was fixed @ Rs 3538/- w.e.f. 1.2.2003. Further my pension was revised under 6 CPC @ Rs 7997/- i.e. 3538/- multiplied by MF 2.26. In my view my pnsion should be 8680/- pm i..e. 7075 x1.86 + 4200 GP/2=8680/-. Am I right?

      Si, I have been approahing CDA (Pension) Allahabad to refix my pension in th list of Principal CAT Judgement dated 1.11.2011 on OA 655/2010. But no avail. Kindly advis.

        CAT judgement is yet to be implemented.Please wait for the implementation of CAT order.

      MOD filed appeal against AFT Chennai order OA 83/2012. Any news about the fate of this appeal ??
