Decision on 'one rank one pension' scheme will be queried in Rajya Sabha

Some important questions are scheduled for written answer to be given by MoD on 05th December, 2012 regarding One Rank One Pension.  An unstarred question number 1296 also wants clarification from govt about proposal to give full 'One Rank One Pension.  The details of question are given below:-
