PCDA SAYS THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE COMMITMENT / RULES / REGULATIONS MADE BY PREVIOUS GOVT ORDER- ARE THEY PLAYING IN THE HANDS OF POLITICAL OPPONENTS OF THIS GOVT AND WANT TO VOTE OUT THIS GOVT
The government should not degrade status of a person just because they want to save expenditure by denying them their legitimate dues which they were getting as their due right since the A group pay rule was implemented.
Application of mind and common sense with ground reality are the factors to be applied while implementing the policy.In letter and spirit things should be applied with full knowledge and proper understanding.The PCDA ,DESW who now claims that we are only implementing agencies utterly failed to perform their duties.Bifurcation of GP X trade with tech pay is by 7 CPC though appearscorrect but that bifurcation is between tech trades with diploma qualification and with out the stipulated qualification.Instead of addressing that aspect blindly adhearing to date is just foolish without any logic.Our own socalled Generals who are shedding crocodile tears and managed things at various levels to meet their selfish goals tried to block the benefits that are really due to the lower ranks.Now sorting at legal levels is only way left.It is going to consume lot of time and resources in addition to few black sheep creating obstacles to sincere efforts by few though left services in PBORs but having better caliber and quality than so called retd top star generals .
