WE HAVE STRONG POINTS TO COUNTER THE AFFIDAVIT OF AG IN OUR CASE IN HSC IF PROPERLY PRESENTED RESTRICTING TO CONTRADICTIONS & VIOLATIONS OF ARTICLE 14 IN THE OROP NOTIFICATION, WE WILL BE IN A BETTER POSITION TO WIN THE CASE

Dear Sir, The above pension rates have been provided for Army, Navy and Air Forces. The pension rates provided in above table (555) have been worked out on the basis of methodology provided by the Govt as well as data of pensioners provided by respective pension sanctioned authorities. Moreover, exceptional values which were not representing maximum pensioners have been treated outplayed vide PCDA(P) Allahabad letter No At/PSB/1/MISC/2020 Dated 09.01.2020. It means that higher figures of HIGHER PENSION ABOVE AVERAGE have been ignored and not taken even into account account.
