What about arrears for the periods 01.07.2014 onwards??? In orop pre 2006 hony naib subedar (24 yrs) pension was 8425/-.. but post 2006 hony naib subedar/regular naib subedar(24 yrs) are getting 9429 as per orop... It was considered or not in this circular issued by desw..
My father retired in 94 from hony nb Subedar rank but he has not received any arrears and no revision in pension. Where can I approach to correct this. Please suggest. We had already writter to record office eme for this and they send us a copy of notional pension sheet. Please help
Get in contact with allahabad pension office they will send you a letter along with your concerned CPPC branch. Contact branch and let them know about change in pension. It was supposed to be done on auto mode but sbi is pathetic in working.

As per CIR No. 531 tables for Hony Nb Sub in CIR No's 430 and 501 are squashed of where as CIR No.555 is untouched ultimately MF of 2.57 will be applied and is being applied on Hony Nb Sub table of CIR No. 555.
Sir, in cir 555 HNS Pension was fixed in 5200-20200 pay scale+2800 grade pay...but as per cir 631 HNS pension is fixed in 9300-34400 pay scale+4200 grade pay... If gov is paying pension in 4200 grade pay since 01.01.2006... then since 01.07.2014 can gov reduce our pension in 2800 grade pay...? Please clarify..

As per comment by EXWEL Trust these tables are for pre 1996 is not correct. These tables are for Pre 2006 Hony Nb Subedars. As per CIR No. 430 there were three catagories of Pre 2006 Hony Nb Subedars.Example:- Pre 1996, 1-1-1996 to 9-10-1996, 10-10-1997 to 31-12-2005. Pay Scales and Pensions of these Catagories were different. But these Catagories wer equalised after applying para 9 of CIR No 568 Inthe year of some where 2016 after delinking of 33 years of QS.

Sir I have been discharged from Army wef 01.10.2003 with rank of Hav and subsequently awarded rank of Hon Nb Sub and gtd 40% disability amended to 50% . I have got arrears of Hon Nb Sub arrears as per circular 631 but not yet paid any arrears on account of disability. Pl advise me for course of action.
