1. MoD letter No.1(1)2019/D/(P/P) dated 14.06.2019 on constituting a committee to work out modalities and methodology of revision of OROP with effect from 01.07.2019.
2. CGDA letter UO No. 5699/AT-P/OROP-2/Vol-II dated 24.07.2019 on requesting grant of additional time of at least three months.
3. MoD I.D. No. 1(1)/2019/D (P/P) dated 31.07.2019 requesting deliberation to be completed within shortest possible time.
My present RTI application pertains to seek information on the progress of OROP-2 revision. Please provide information on
1. Whether or not any decision has been arrived by OROP-2 committee on the modalities and methodology on revision of OROP with effect from 01.07.2019 with corresponding tables.
2. Whether or not any report / interim report has been submitted by OROP-2 committee to MoD.
Sir, I do not seek information on the content or copy of any report or table (if any). I will be satisfied only by an affirmative or negative ( YES/NO ) answer .

Please refer to the attached reply document against my RTI application bearing registration no. CGDFA/R/2019/80477.
I am not satisfied with the response offered by CPPO for fallowing reason.
The Honourable CGDA is the chair person of the committee to work out modalities and methodology of revision of OROP. I feel that it is incredible that the office of CGDA does not have any information on the status of progress of the revision process. I feel that the CPPO deliberately DENIED the information sought by this appellant.
I sought fallowing simple information

ReplyDeleteI wish to stat this Government is straight away refusing OROP 2 with the help of some sadistic Bureaucrats of CGDA, MOD/DESW and MOF
ReplyDeleteBeing an Indian citisen I am asking BJP members or your NDA Government of our Nation , what your Government had done for Common Man, Poor People, Farmers, Indian Armed Forces etc during last six year . With sure very well I can say that nothing has been done by your Government to Common public of India. UPA 2 has formed the One Rank One Pension on 17 Feb 2014 and Seventh pay Commission on 28 Feb 2014 but NDA Government has drastically and pathetically down graded the both issues and implemented one of the worse cum Lowest seventh pay Commission on 29 Jun 2016 since 1947 and given false promises to Union Leaders on 30 Jun 2016 on Hike in Minimum Pay and Multiple Factor but not yet fulfilled and given Most diluted version of One Rank One Pension (Actually it is one time Increment only) to Indian Armed Forces on 03 Feb 2016 . Now a days our Nation is facing acute financial crisis , unemployment, poverty , Farmers problem , Indian Armed Forces demands has not met. By hiding the actual facts and real problems of Indian Public your NDA Government has introduced the CAA,CAB,NPR,NRC etc also dividing our own National by applying caste system . I read from news paper that in India Narendra Modi Government is one of the worse Government since Independence (15 Aug 1947) . I am Indian and I believe that we are Indians and all caste are equal and same status within India .
