Respected Sir,
It is brought to your Kind attention that the information requested by
us is for the large interest of pubic of our association which has
appointed me as the Gen Secretary of the organization. Since it is not
possible for every one of the affected member of the association to
submit RTI Request due to the limitation of age & literacy, myself
on behalf of the association have submitted the RTI request. If you
advice such a procedure, we can ask every affected member of the
association to put up RTI request which will not be comfortable to you.
You are kindly requested to maintain a cordial relationship with all ESM
associations, since we all including you are working for the single
& only objective of the welfare of ESM.
The reply to the above RTI request send by you seems to be arbitrary
& against interest of ESM in general, which was not expected from
the officials of Department of ESM welfare.
Hence we are aggrieved by your reply & appeal to second appellate
authority for reply to our RTI Request No DESW/R/2017/50691 which will
have a direct impact on their pension income and is a concern for
large number of ESM.
