      I am a deserving candidate for the aforesaid. Thanks to the Honorable Supreme Court for considering the case with utmost kindness. I am waiting for the same for last 2000. Hope this time it will be carried out fast.

        Lets wait for the detailed PCDA Cicular in this regard to know the pulse of MOD,whether they are going to apply it universally or only to petitioners where by dragging us to court again
