    7. Why this order is not applied to defence pensioners? Who is not allowing DESW to issue the orders for payments? Do we have any way out of such deliberate delays in respect of defence forces and veterans? Please reply if anyone have answers to these questions.

      2. Please check PCDA circular C-149 dt.08.04.2016 on the subject abovementioned. I think that the said circular is sufficient for PDA to make arrrars payment to the defence pensioners.

    12. DESW org is not working in interest of ex servicemen than it should be proposed new org which will consist of only ex servicemen. IAS as director or joint director should not be appointed and a Maj Gen retired rank officers should be deal the issue from all three forces. They should be considered part of every pay commission in future from arms forces.

    14. Still working so hard for the notification. Don't exert so much which may lead to burn out of the great bureaucrats. Take it easy. No one is going to hang the hard ( hardly ? ) Working DESW staff. Three Cheers!!

    15. 25 lakh ESM pensioners are dependent upon one great secretary ( Babus ) to issue the circular on SC ruling and he / she / they have been working hard for the last three months. Accountability... what is that, minister... who is that??? All are carrying out the process without any time frame, without any accountability. Great ------ ?!£@#+&*≤℅][
