Dear Shri Menon: Can you please comment on this? What does this mean? The Govt have made it effective from 1/1/2006. Hence if the pension of the pre 2006 retirees are not stepped up there will be great anomaly. That is why the courts have inter-feared.
Dear MBC, This misinterpretation of resoulotion of SCPC is known to all those who can read and write from the begining and the government never wanted to correct it and dragged to courts for the last eight years. To whom to blame
Dear Sri MBC Menon,as per the stt.above those completed 20 years of service only will get full pension,how about those completed 15 years and drawing pension,so OROP is over as per these politician.
