ReplyDeleteSir, i have retired from Air Force on 30/9/2002 after completion of 38 Yrs,02 month and 13 days qualified service. Please clarify what should be my correct pension. My email ID satyanarainharma45@gmail.com Regard. Ex MWO SN Sharma,Jaipur.

DeleteEx-Servicemen should start a political party with the aim of not only taking OROP but also cleaning the political system of India.Aim to throw all dirty politicians behind bars, eradicate corruption, give transparent governance to people, help poor and needy and make India super power at the earliest.
ReplyDeleteNeed of the hour is unity of Ex-Servicemen.All Ex-Servicemen,widows should come under one umbrella and fight for OROP,We are unnecessarily blaming Arun Jaitely and babus.Wrong.We are being cheated by our Prime Minister. If he decides to give OROP ,implementation order will come out in minutes. Our PM has no sympathy either towards Ex-Servicemen or serving armed forces personal. He got votes and won by telling lies.NO OROP no black money.Hence, tough fight is ahead and we must request Anne Hazare to lead this agitation as he is also an Ex-Serviceman.Honest Ex-Servicemen are required to lead the agitation otherwise we will fail.
ReplyDeleteSir, It is good suggetion that Ex=Servicemen should start a political party and party symbel should be ' A SEPOY HAVING RIFLE IN HAND & TARGET TO WARDS ENEMY" and NARA should also be JAI JAWAN , BHARAT MATA KI JAI" . New party will definetly fhrow dirty politicians behind the bars. Then India will shine and show the supersonic power to country who are keeping bad eyes on our country. Regards. Ex MWO SN Sharma,Jaipur.
ReplyDeleteOur brothers are doing hunger strike. But is anybody caring.No.But start the political party and see the result. Our PM will shiver. He will send emissaries not to start the party. Then leaders will come and beg us.
ReplyDeleteDon't blame finance minister and Babus. They have not promised OROP.Our PM Mr.Modi has promised and if it is not implemented,we have to blame him only.He is the head and he is solely responsible for not implementing OROP.So let us unite and teach a lesson to him and his party by floating a political party not only in the interest of our welfare but also in the interest of our great nation.
There is a slogan Jai Jawan Jai Kisan. Now i would like to add Jai Nari to this slogan and start party with this name.Ex-Servicemen,Farmers and women will play key role in bringing our party to power.Let us start and jump in Bihar elections. No time.We are being humiliated very badly by these politicians.Let us take revenge.let us teach them a fitting lesson so that they will not forget in their lifetime.Jai Jawan,Jai Kisan and Jai Nari.
Our PM Mr.Modi promised OROP to defense persons without knowing what it is.NOw he is taking lessons on OROP from Mr.Jaitley.As Mr.Jaitley was defeated by an ex-servicemen candidate and now he is taking revenge on ex-servicemen by giving several definitions of OROP.Our PM is now confused,as unable to understand the definitions of Mr.Jaitley, slowly backtracking from his promise.Mr.Modi may require another four years to understand OROP.So we have to wait till he understands.
ReplyDeletei have a few suggestions to the govt relating to the orop. one. all pbor should be laterally placed in civil employment(Last pay drawn is protected) till the age of superannuation, hence no pension for army service. two. dual pensions must be avoided. three. all pbor and others should serve only for 33 years( pensionable service for full pension). i would like to draw the attention of defence ministry to the anomaly that , a time scale lt col who never drew the pay of the rank in pb iv is drawing pension in pb iv after 6th cpc, whereas majors senior to him are drawing less, that is in pb iii. these all anomallys can be avoided in future if orop is granted a statutory status.
ReplyDeleteBankers are not able to calculate arrear since 01.01.2006 and once they paid and again they starts deducting from pension . It is really ridicules . PCDA should intervene and publish a fresh Table . As per Bank they say that PCDA have issued two notification and same is contradictory .
ReplyDeleteMy 5 CPC basicpay is RS. 5692.00 on 30.6.2003.My basic pay as para 4.1 is 12865. As per para 4,2 in CORROSPONDING PAY SCALE OF 8000-275-13500 MY BASIC WAS STAGE AS 50 % 20280 as 10140. Hence RS 12865 paid from 1.1.2006 accordingly, MY contention is I should be paid RS. 13287 (5692×1.86+5400÷2=13287.
