Have your ever heard officers are doing the betterment for soldiers, by keeping the soldiers in fore they desire to reap maximum benefit for the officers community at the cost of other ranks that is poor soldier who exposes his body, emotion and feelings in the border

why there is hike for nursing officers and officers, I am not jealous of them , soldiers should be treated in the pay allowances at par with other compatriot , take the matter to the court , as far as hardship allowances concerned all should be treated at par regardless of the rank, equal to all

    4. Kudos to Mr MBC Menon for taking up the issue to PM. One sentence in your letter conveys the message in loud and clear form. I quote " WITHHOLDING IMPLEMENTATION OF 7 CPC BENEFITS IS NOTHING BUT A BARGAINING BETTER PAY FOR OFFICERS ONLY USING THE ENTIRE SOLDIERS AS SHIELD"

Without recommending any hike for the 'Other Ranks',
recommending to withhold releasing of 7 CPC benefits to them is the great injustice done to them. This may be first
in the history of Armed Force and probably it can happen only in Armed Force. If it would have been in other field like Railways etc the response would have been different.
Remember a word 'Prestitute' uttered by an ex-army chief, who happen to be a MOS,dragged the issue to a debate on national TV on prime time. It shows how reactive is civil society. In India one can sue banks in case of delayed payment to the beneficiary concerned, similarly will service chiefs arrange 'interest' for the delayed payments to be made the Other Ranks?.

    5. Those who have understood about our officers
in our forces it is okay. For the rest I would like
to say is "Do not live in fools paradise thinking
that these officers will speak for you".They are not
      from London.

    6. Immediately after independence the C-in-C, then a British Officer went to Mr Nehru for a proposal about Defence. Prime Minister is stated to have told C in C that he does not want to have Army and he wants peace and will manage with police force. Since then the apathy about defence service continues. God help the soldiers.
