REPRESENTATION TO RM BY NATIONAL FEDERATION

    Ref/.NFOESM/7thCPC/110/2016                                                                  16/09/2016
    Shri. Manohar Parikkar,
    Hon. Defence minister
    Dear Sir,
Representation to DM regarding the 7th CPC anomalies of officers only as projected by  COSC with out taking up the anomalies in respect of  large section of JAWAN'S
It is brought to your kind attention that the chiefs have brought to your notice, the anomalies concerning offers only. They have also recommended a slight increase in the MSP of JCO’S also to cover up their selfish demands leaving behind the anomalies in respect of large force Jawans. This is likely to create a rift & discontentment within the armed forces of the country. We hope that you are aware that an officer is a soldier who has taken pledge at the time of commissioning that he will look after the interest of all those who are placed below him above his own interest.

The above mentioned demands of the chiefs are contrary to this principle & also against natural justice.
Hence we request your honor to consider enhancement of  MSP of Jawans & JCO’s equal to that of officers. This will boost the morale & prestige of solders since one element of their pay is equal to that of their higher ups.
We hope that you will take all necessary steps to maintain peace & harmony with in the defence forces.
    Thanking you.

    MBC MENON
    CHAIRMAN
    NATIONAL FEDERATION OF EX-SERVICEMEN

      1. Yes, indeed government should scrap orop and save money. A nasty prop, why ? following points would reveal apart from many issues being take up by anomaly committee:
        1) there is only paltry increase of Rs. 100 to 2000 in case of JCO/ORs.
        2) there is no change in pension table for six monthly gap of service for JCO/ORs
3)full pension benefit on delinking 33 years not at all extended to JCO/ORs
        4) OROP implemented for whom in the name of jawans? Making fool the nation itself ...
        5) arrears only 100 to 25000 for JCO/ORs, where as .. everybody aware of.
Now any wise man please convince or justify above points and stop OROP.

    3. Respected MBC SAHIB,this will never happen in mother India.so your projection is nullify.you may ask ,equal hardships allowance, equal ration allowance, equal married accommodation, equal perk etc.do you feel convenient to represent.a jawan can't equate COS COMMITTEE.REQUESTED TO avoid the INFIGHTING better to consolidate over ride the anomaly persisting upon with other forces.

      1. Service only strange. Excepting hardship duties for all benefits AF OFFICERS will be in front row. Their dream to supercede beaurocrats. They appear to have been rightly equated to the status of CAPF. I don't think they are justified in claiming more. The bloodhund will not leave the taste and you cannot make it vegetarian. Nowadays many of settlement in bank or insurance does with award like phor union the officers are behind award staff leaders for better bargain. This is the difference between armed forces and civil.

    4. One India one rule the hardship faced in defence is the same for officers/jawans.therefore the MSP and hardship allowances to be same, the ration allowance the quality & quantity
      to the same measurements.

It is nothing to do with desire
Or deserve. Every human on the
        Earth needs equal calories and
        Minnerals immaterial he is king
Or parja. Then where comes personal status?

      Why "LEADER OF OPPOSITION" has
gone "NUMB & MUM" on 7CPC for
defence? Are you not a part of parliament
And govt.?? Are we heading towards
      "JANTAR MANTAR PHASE TWO"???
It all shows every pol. Party is having
hands in glove to downgrade the status
      Of army.

    10. An appriciable work done by you.also along with the MSP ration allownces should be same for all.Number of time I have written to Pmo for all these thing but satisfactory reply never recieved.

    11. Very well written sir. This needs to be conveyed to the highest level. The bullet fired by the enemy doesn't recognize the rank. Risk of life is the same for all.

    12. Earlier also I wrote on chat box column that officers are so selfish they want to safeguard their doggy and gain the benefits of beaurocrats leaving the poor pbors in fray. For MSP THEY INCLUDED OUR jcos so as to pretend that they have not neglected PBORS WHAT A FUNNY GAME. Objections came within ourself on comment against officers. HAPPY TO UNDERSTAND THAT AT LEAST NOW THEY UNDERSTOOD OFFICERS BEHAVIOUR. Beaurocrats calibre some where and our officers cali.. Cannot be equated. i don't know how they dream. A selfish minded officer cannot become beaurocrat. THANK GOD THE PPO ISSUED BY BEAURO.OTHERWISE IF BY OFFICERS, LIKE OJT ALL JAWAN HAS TO RENDER SAHAYAK FOR OFFICERS FOR GETTING PENSION.

    13. Sincere appeal to GOVT.LET OUR MSP NOT ENHANCED TO OFFICER LEVEL. Let their msp be equated to ours so that exchequer also benefited and justice prevailed on all. NO ETHICS FOLLOWED ON MSP. MNS WHAT TO OPIN ON THEIR STAUS GIVEN BY GOVT. Again our NATIONAL LEADERS DO COME IN MEMORY. If the GOVT can fight with their enemy with resources of mns a great weapon they have, fine whatever given to them is justified.

    14. It is a matter of shame to say that even after 70 years of independence,India doesn't have an 'Indianised Army',professional soldiers are being forced to do 'Sahayak' duty in the name of military discipline. What a shame?. Now a days India talks about all sort of reforms judicial, administrative etc etc then why not a 'military reform'. It is possible once all Jawan community assembled
under one umbrella and tell the politican that it is a sizeable vote bank, all reform will fall in line.

      dear sir,

the recent CAG report exposes that the indian army jawans are poorly fed, not healthy food , not qualitative and it has underscored that how you expect a jawan who is undernourished to guard the border, we are not equating our perks with officers

      we want a equal MSP

and hardship allowances, nothing other than that, if you take the correct sense under article 12 and 14 we deserve this allowances at par
let the 7 CPC notification is implemented it its perpetuity and government may be free to announce one judicial commission as it is set out for rectifying OROP, it is our right

    18. The top brass of the army has completely failed to abide by the advise given to them as they marched through Chetwode Hall.("The safety, honour and welfare of your country come first, always and every time. The honour, welfare and comfort of the men you command come next. Your own ease, comfort and safety come last, always and every time." ) They repeatedly let down the rank and file. At last this attitude appears to be changing! Hopefully persistently! Presently, the media is misrepresenting by highlighting officer's pay and perks of the 7CPC omitting the points raised on behalf of the other ranks. Have faith in the just Command of the senior officers, they will never let their subordinates in lurch. Jai Hind..

Any body can understand the motive... Jai Hind..

Kargil martyrs, where you can find the name of two former generals. This is the classical example of 'Chetwode Hall' writing.
