General Body meeting - Notice

Notice is hereby issued that the First Annual General Body meeting of Technical Air Veterans Welfare Association is convened at 1000 hrs on 19 May 2024 at the Zion Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Selaiyur, Chennai - 600 073 to transact the following agendas:
1. Presentation of audited accounts for FY 2023-24.
2. Appointment of auditor for FY 2024-25 up to next AGM in 2025.
3. Amendment to the bylaws:
A) Minor amendment in the General Body meetings Quorum
B) Authorize association to collect additional funds for Legal expenses if and when required
C) Total number of Governing Body members, including Office Bearers, will be minimum 07 and maximum 15.
4. Revision of Life Membership fees to Rs 1000/-.
5. Discussion on the future activities of the association, including ways to enroll more members in the association.
6. Any other point that is proposed during the meeting and the same is accepted by the GB and the present members.
All are requested to attend the AGM without fail
