a typical standard reply. when you don't want to give out information go around in circles so that the person asking question is left wondering what he asked for and what is given to him. the reply simply means "go fly kite I have better things to do than giving info to you" Mr. MBC do you really want o pursue the issue further with a second appeal.? Sir,I fully agree with SUKUMARAN NAIR SAHIB.I have also requested MB C sahib to take up with next appellant authority since information called for in on line RTI to deptt of expenditures have not been furnished.beside it is not understood,what Mr parikar is doing and our chiefs are sitting for .only to look after leathersic ,obesity and weighty jawans.
This reply reminds me about a sick pigeon, unable to fly, how he closes his eyes on seeing a cat thinking if I can not see the cat perhaps the cat my also not see me !
