Respected Sir,
De-linking 33 service Circular has been issued to Civilian counterparts pre-2006 pensioners 3 months ago
& but the same has not been issued to pre-2006 Ex-servicemen by DESW till date
When contacted regularly for the last 3 months they give only the ready made & vague answer like under
process,File under circulation & under Examination.This is the genuine background behind submitting this
RTI request. In reply to RTI request also the same answer is furnished by DESW avoiding a direct reply &
Myself along with my fellow Ex-servicemen are aggrieved by this reply.
Hence I respectfully request your honor to direct DESW to furnish us a direct answer to my RTI request
DEXSW/R/2016/50322 for which the entire Ex-servicemen community are eagerly waiting for your
kind appellate disposal.

Thanks for your good quick next step of appeals before reporting to the supreme court in due course. Raksha Mantri, and his deputies, rightly may not be bothered to intervene as they have too great a burden already to be troubled for silly ESM's silly pension issues which are in any case being managed by the Babus as per boss's unspoken and unwritten instructions.

ReplyDeletesir, actually it is the defence ministry to give emphatic instructions.the middlemen like desw will obey when strict orders are given.the reply you got is a mockery to RTI Act.let us hope the higher authority will give a proper reply
ReplyDeleteLet us appeal to the Chief Justice of India explaining the plight we are in and also appeal to all MPs to raise the issue in both houses of the parliament. The house is min session now . Let us unite and do it; do it now

ReplyDeleteYes !I do agree. What matters in these issues, is unanimity of approach to achieve that military service people find disparity & denial.

Sukumaran sahib jee ,u r too late to appeal,GEN SATBIR has already addressed to all MPS quite before the season started .i am of the opinions ,one should act only if it is results oriental .I don't find any merit in your approach,since it is not AK 47,which may shoot to diverts attention of unworthy MPs.& will be proved an volcanic.
ReplyDeleteYou are all worrying about DL 33 and arrear payment.(IN)Justice Mathur has done gross injustice for the entire
ReplyDeleteveterans community.He had pre calculated and fixed pay scales for serving warriors not even equal to Tradesman salary in CG.For the current pensioners multiplying the present pension amount by 2.57 is only advantageous.
This matter can be taken by congress I in both the houses of Parliament.secondly,we can directly approach CJI .both are good ideas.definitely it wiLl yield the desired result.

CONGRESS is a sinking ship,and do not feel convenient to see better future at the hands of those who actually betrayed OLIVE at two stages.once in1973 when the pension was brought down to 50% from 70%(3rd p c )secondly Mr Mammohan singh(ex PM)TOTALLY rejected the demand of. OROP .at least BJP given the diluted OROP.THIS dilution will make BJP and GEN v k to come with begging BOW in 2019.BE CAREFUL TO have a better opportunity.
The reason delayed DL33 must be clear now, it was fear that CREDIT of OROP gets washed if DL implemented correctly.PM is pumped by psycophants that this will keep him PM forever. That's why PM Chanting Mantra of OROP every now & then withot knowing that the anomalies are not yet addressed.
ReplyDeleteWhy para3 of 547 brought out, show some guts to implement it as this resolves the anomalies right from 01.01.2006.
Now they are coming out with MGP which is applicable to 15 yrs of service without any increment. Fot this reason not taking care of increments for pensions of pre2006, hence got all SLPs dismissed in SC.
Now MOD need , they will forget the wording that undersigned is directed to do ......but they will be called in court by Roll call & kicked on theis Ass to understand what ia that they direct.
