Being an Indian citizen I wish to state that all Central Government Employees and their pensioners weill get their pay and perks including pension by end of this of this month except for Indian Armed Forces because of some anomalies(04 major anomalies) which has been forwarded by 03 services Headquarters during last week due to which Serving/Retired Personnel including their families will suffer a lot due to paucity of fund and limited salary hence my request is to sort out the following issues which is pending with One of the most useless Department and good for nothing to Ex Servicemen is known as Department of Ex Servicemen Welfare because of sadistic work of some Bureaucrat Lobbies both Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Finance. However, present Joint Secretary has done so many good things with in her own capacity to Ex Serviceman and their families but maximum Bureaucrat Lobbies who are CURSED for Nation is making hurdles in each steps and not permitted to submit each files and their main intention is to delay and to avoid welfare measures purely for Ex Serviceman and their families. Points as follows :-
(a) Broad Banding of Disability Pensions to all non litigants also from the date of retirement/01 Jan 1996
(b) Hiking of Military Service Pay of Junior Commissioned Officers/ORs from Rs. 5200/- pm to Rs. 10800/- or Rs. 15500/- per month as all Ranks are facing same threats and Hazards at Defence Service and life value is same for all
(c) Non functional Up gradation to all Ranks from Sepoy to Brigadier
(d) Changing of slab system of Disability Pensions of Defence Personnel as recommend by 7 CPC to percentage basis
(e) Each Pay Matrix to be initial to Maximum with 30 years of Service (01 to 30 years for all Ranks)
