    The department of Ex-servicemen welfare  when contacted over telephone  informed  us  that the 33 years de-linking file pertaining to pre-2006 Ex-servicemen has been sent to Department of Expenditure, Establishment –v  for sanction. Kindly inform us whether the file has come to you if so whether sanction has been accorded by you & the date of giving such sanction .

    4. What type of people are dealing with this file which is taking months to move from one table to another table. This shows hostile mindset of people dealing with this file. Very poor show on their part.

    6. This delay in this case iis nothing but hostile discrimination by the Babus of MOF. Iusejd to contact Desw over phone but the response is very poor .It has become an ani welfare dept for Exx-servicemen . This the case with 7th CPC .Except defence personnel and pensioners orders for pay and pension revision have been issued .God alone can guide this Govt.
