I am one of the ex- employee who served in railway for more than 20 years but less that 33 years and getting only 2/3 of pension (on pro-rata basis). UOI should issue necessary orders based CAT orders and Supreme Court orders.
ReplyDeleteDear sirs,
ReplyDeleteSupreme court orders are mere paper work done by the judges, as far as jaitley concerned, he is the emperor of india who is vested with veto power even to reject the supreme court judgements, he will give his own definition as he is giving his arbitrary definition for OROP finally he will plunge india into gorge
Our fight at Jantar Mantar is in right way. But it is the time to educate the BIHAR Ex-Servicemen to teach lesson to the Political Party who promise JUMLA like OROP.
