    PRE-2006 ESM PENSIONERS REVISION FROM 01/01/2006


    The chart is again calculated on pro-rata basis & arrears will be paid from 01/01/2006 to 30/06/2009.
    This is noway connected with OROP & Based on court verdict on pre-2006 pensioners case

      plz any1 help me undrstand this table..i.e accordin to the table a pre 2006 retiree with 20 yrs of service as havildar(y gp) will be paid a total of around 4700 only as arrears?

      Sir, I think it is not a link to calculate arrears. It's only rate of revised basic pension as on 01.01.2006. If any seperate link is there, please update it. Thanks and regards

      This letter is of 03 Sep 2015. Arrears according to this Chart has already been paid to all in the month of Oct, Nov 2015.

      This table shows the same pension for LAC, CPL and SGT ranks Para 1 of covering letter says that the revised pension in no case be lower than 50% and 30% respectively, of the minimum of the pay band + Grade Pay and Military Special Pay. Then how the table prepared showing same pay for three ranks?

      However, since Full Pension is approved by the Govt basing the minimum of the fitment table recommended by the 6th CPC and arrears where paid to Defence Service civilian retired employees, when the same will be implemented by PCDA for Ex-servicemen?
