    MESSAGE FROM CHAIRMAN

A New Tale in Making of Veterans Soldiers

After seeing many flip flops from State and having no decisive representation at higher echelons of power corridor of South Block, it was realized to create a platform where we soldiers, unethically referred as PBOR, should have their voices known to decision makers. Friends as you know that in democracy, count matters over class and count is in our favour. It is we who constitute the mass ; it is we who matters to govt on the day of poll. We should understand our this strength and use it for up-lift-ment of life of fellow brother’s families (Veer Naari’s) at the most and then fellow brothers.

As one of most successful military General Dwight D. Eisenhower sir once said that  -

“Neither a wise man nor a brave man lies down on the tracks of history to wait for the train of the future to run over him”. How long we will be lying down and let other to decide our fate. Let us rise, stand and say “This is what we need”. Brothers, the silence is always interpreted into own favour. Let us not be silent but be non-violent. Our movement will be purely be a non-political and for welfare of families of martyrs first then ORs, JCOs and including Honorary Commission.
This idea of new platform by Sri MBC Menon & Mr.Lenity sir's suits the famous saying of our beloved Netaji:
“One individual may die for an idea; but that idea will, after his death, incarnate itself in a thousand lives. That is how the wheel of evolution moves on and the ideas and dreams of one nation are bequeathed to the next.”
I sincerely thank him (MBC sir) for his services to community and for such an innovative idea. May god keep him healthy so that he keeps us ideated from time to time.
I shall put all my energy to nourish this new organization and I will live up to expectation of assigned responsibility endowed upon me. The guidance of seniors veterans shall further strengthen my mental ability and physical capacity in delivering to obligations. It is my extreme pleasure to welcome all members veterans and the “Marg Darsak Mandal” (Patrons) on board this organization. I seek your support and guidance in making of this organization and driving it to a place of recognition from where it will be able to deliver as required and be able to meet the purpose for which it has been conceptualized and created.
Last but not the least, I pray “O God, help us to keep ourselves physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight”.
    Jai Hind !!
    Oath of Allegiance
We hereby declare, on oath, that we absolutely and entirely commit ourselves to this organization (herein referred as “All India Veteran Association- AIVA) that we will support, strengthen, defend and contribute in nourishment of the organization to achieve its objective.  We will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that we will raise our voices for the welfare of Veer Naaris, Verterans and serving personnel on behalf of organization when required so. We take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion

    4. Congratulation and good luck for new formation Please expand AFVAI and don't use word PBOR , as the same has been phase out and not to be used. It is better if you don't use the rank even as all veterans are equal. Thanks

    6. I thinkvthis is thr best idea. I think this movement shiuld go to every district and every block of india. This will help to fight on peaceful with govt for justice. It efffects every soilders of india. Every body has to retire and face the priblem. I think Modiji govt will accept the long pending demand of ex servicemen. But the movement should be poticised. Since this govt is sincere and doing the job as per PM statements. As PM i think is very kind towards defence persinnel. He celebrated first dewali with defence personnel. And he promised tk fulfill the demand of excserviceman. Even SC have directed the govt to fulfill OROP as you have promished during Lok Sabha election. I hope bureaucrates should not command the govt I mean Ministers or PM. If the happens then this govt conditions will be same as happend with CONGRESS.

    9. Dear SK Singh, My best wishes to you to march ahead as the Chairman of All India Vetaran Association. While fighting for the vetaran's rights do remind them of their duties not only to the Nation but to their duties towards their brothers and sisters. Also please ensure that the term PBOR is removed and substituted suitably with one word to make all soldiers as one irrespective of ranks they wore before retirement. It is common knowledge that our retired General Officers still carry their invisible shoulder badge weight and rub their superiority on us the sundry. This is seen in the officer clubs and in public functions too. This attitude must be put off once for all. Once again, I wish you a useful tenure as the President of this new found organisation of the vetaran, for the vetaran, and by the Vetaran. Jai Jawan, Jai Hind.
