    EX-servicen Forms new outfit to fight OROP & other issues

    On this day of 16th April 2015, This organization takes birth to fight for OROP for veterans who are least cared by the Govt of all times.
    The new outfit will be Known as ARMED FORSES VETERANS ASSOCIATION OF INDIA (AFVAI) having its Head office at Delhi & will be extended to all over the country with its regional offices under regional secretaries.
    The AIM of the association is to work for the Welfare & to fight for the denied legitimate right of ESM  in India & Nepal.

      Congratulations’ on the birth of AIVA, as in any organization, creating the order might be the easiest part. Execution is the real game. The Achievements of an Organization are the results of the combine effort of each individual. United AFV is the price we must pay for success of implementation of OROP.       At this juncture forming a new ex serviceman outfit for fighting/achieving OROP means no meaning. There are so many ex servicemen/military veteran orginations exists . Now we are to unite all this outfits and fight under one umbrella to archive the goal. This OROP is not the only thing to achieve. There are more important aspects to be achieved like:- 1. To restore our dignity as normal citizen for which file a petition to a larger/full bench in SC with help of Maj NavdeepSingh, Advocate . 2. Sanctioning of broadbanding of disability case as per SC verdicts otherwise to file condempt of court petition against the defaulters. ,3. For the pay/pension cases of Honorary NbSubs. 4. Payment of arrears of pension wef 01.01.2006 as per SC Verdict. 5.
