AS PER 6TH PAY COMMISSION GP X PAY COUNTED BASIC PAY FOR ALL PURPOSE. IN 7TH PAY COMMISSION THERE WAS NO RESTRICTION EXCEPT DIVIDED IN TWO CATEGORY. GOVT IS JUST PLAYING WITH US.
