    3. Sir, if service element is less than 18000/- disability element is nil due to RSMB than service element will be 18000/- or not? As per ibid circular para 2a says minimum disability pension which is consists SE+DE 18000/- irrespective degree of disability

    4. Service element is always those works in the Dept. and the disability is a additional one . This never be added each other if it is done like the is nothing will be get for who the life time service in the army. As per my pension as per the last ROP my Basic pension .is Rs 7795 that will improved by multiply by 2.57 it comes 20034,As per this order I will be loss too much in my basic pension and not even get the privilage of my 40% ie at present 50% as the new order will no get . That is too much loss to the all individual . Minimum must be 18000 and the maximum be 27000 all Rank of the Army is appreciated,Disability is all are equal and it should be give equal to all civilian and Army. The wife of or the spouse can be given such facility because they work even in house or with her husband soo hard ship in the working please , At present my own, my wife is more work to me and always along with me for the hospital and ECHS.I can not move any where with out any supporters. So it is better the minimum disability to fixed for 18000/= but never be calculated with service pension both are deferant. Please look this matter before issue the immplimentation.
