    DISABILITY PENSION REALITY CHECK

The controversy is hence restricted to disability pension and not war injury pension
The statement that the slab system would be beneficial to jawans is not correct as can be made out from the following comparison of slab and percentage system of calculation. In fact, it will only be freak cases which may benefit from it. If there was so much concern about such cases, then the best way out would have been to simply state that the disability element amount would not in any case be less than the slabs, akin to what had been undertaken after the 6th CPC.

I will not blame the political executive for this fiasco but they need to consult experts and stakeholders and be very wary of what is fed to them or put up by lower level bureaucracy.

    1. That is obviously ,a rational ,logical and simplest solution.
First remove % age basis of dp to all civil service employees. Then slab system to all ,with that proviso of higher amount to deserving mily persons.
Kya tamasha?.It is ridiculous to give % age eligibility to civil service babus for their comfort zone ( ac environment ) unfit/weak /poor fitness ; where as mily service is only eligible on slab system which is less.
In pursuance of accountability of such faulty ,biased and unsustainable recommendations ,the babus of all levels, responsible for such mischievous acts should be dealt with by initiating penal action on such visibly dirty tricks.
Mily cannot keep on bearing and suffering due to such acts of disparities & inconsistencies

      sir,

wherever we go, the officers get lion's share in the remuneration, as far as disability award concerned, a common code is to be drawn to accommodate all rank common code whether it is slab or percentage system. this is inhumane to award less to jawan,

jawans limbs and hands are made of wood that is why he is being paid less, other category organs are made of gold

in which way, soldiers are inferior to them. I want to narrate a small story, when a emperor is walking on his palace on seeing a servant he hurts his leg. the poor servant is punished because poor servants malicious vision falls on king and succumbs him this injury

the poor servant counter questions the king when he is put on gallows, on account of your ill vision on me in the morning, I am going to be beheaded whom should I approach for the relief

the similar situation we the poor other ranks are put in

    6. What I feel after going through above data and calculations at 30% of pay in civil and military. There should be fixed scale upto Sub Major/Hony Lt & Capt or Class II Officers as they are in loss in case of 30% calculations and for officers it is beneficial on 30% calculations. In case Govt feels that senior officers are getting extra disability pension, there can be higher/lower cap at Rs.50,000/12,000.

    7. Officers in defense forces enjoy their their best which is inaccessible in civil services. They get speedy promotions. They get high class salary and amenities on the limbs of other ranks. The other ranks are the real work force of Indian army. A soldier always moves in the front line which is termed as Scot in Military language. the Scot in case of enemy fire faces the first bullet. The victory of a war also depends on good scouting/ soldiering. The the Nepolean has said that a good soldier is a good General, in fact true.To some up I mean that there should be a minor gap in pension awards (Like Pension, disability pension and MSP). As a Sepoy to General serves the Nation with same Zeal and after retirement all are ex servicemen fraternity. Hence it is requested to Govt of India, P.M of India, Defence minister of India and all the Govt stakeholder to adopt a legitimate calibre of all the ranks so that that solders who really works hard in defense forces and works double hard after proceeding to pension in civil life in a age of 34 to 38 years, need the real time addresses by the Govt, Bharat sarkar, Jai Hind Jai Hind ki Sena.
