The above message is seem to be wrong. Can any one confirm? As per my knowledge pcda circular 430 the last two columns are to be followed. i.e. new revised pay fixed as on 1/1/2006 and revised as on 1/7/2009, the difference betwenn these two will be taken for arrears payment on production of MOD notification. In nut shell, suppose the difference is say Rs.1000/-p.m.one will get arrears from 1/1/2006 to 1/6/2009 ( 42 months and due DA applicable). Please let us wait for PCDA circular shortly.
ReplyDeleteIs there any action to round off disability pension to minimum 50%. for post 2006 retired personnel also.
ReplyDeleteThe news granting so called modified parity to the pensioners with qualifying service of 33 years& more is not a thing to rejoice.A few persons might have retired on a minimum of any pay scale to be benifits by the memo. Dtd.30th July.
