It appears as a face saving attempt by AHQ.Though late at least one should appreciate the move which is in good sense and logically right to set the things.But as the letter is in reply to the letter of another veteran who raised few questions on OROP2 tables.PCDA is washing off its hands saying it is only implementing agency and DESW maintaing tight lipped on the table preparations.Though the "ball passing "game may continue for some more time and will be gragged till 2024 till that time lot of noise will be heard than seeing light to veterans.Legal course too will be delayed and if any ruling comes in favour of veterans will be again mired with different interpretations and confusions.I do not think all services HQs are not aware of the letter of 08/04 /22 based on which OROP 2 ables are prepared.Now voice raised by veteran community and social media postings have drawn the attention of nation resulting that every thing is not well with veteran community and they have been denied rightly deserved benefits.PBOR s once considered as illiterate and gullible are no more like that and there is remarkable rise in their EQ and IQ levels veterans of lower ranks from different services are performing excellently in various assignments.Hope things will be better.
