For Gp X Arrears, NON AICTE DIPLOMA HOLDERS are covered by BASIC PAY of Rs 3600 Table 7 and should not compare their PENSION with AICTE DIPLOMA HOLDERS who are covered by BASIC PAY of Rs 6200 as per Table 8
As per 7 - CPC :-
(1) Table 7 : X GP Pay of 6 CPC and 7 CPC is Rs 3600 for NON - AICTE DIPLOMA HOLDERS
(2) Table 8 : X GP Pay of AICTE DIPLOMA HOLDERS 7 CPC is Rs 6200 wef 1.1.2016
(NOTE:
(i) All Technical Qualifications are accredited by AICTE - All India Council of Technical Education)
(ii) Non AICTE Accredited DIPLOMA HOLDERS aren't entitled to AICTE DIPLOMA HOLDERS BASIC PAY.
Please do not misguide the veteran community by writing notings from here & there. if you dont know the subject & its legal application, please hold your pen with you..

Certificate of AICTE DIPLOMA ACCREDITATION of the Institute has to be before 1.1.2016 which will have to be produced in Court to Claim X - gp Basic Pay of Rs 6200 . Those who cannot produce will get X- Gp Basic Pay of Rs 3600.
