Officers clear a harder All India UPSC exam, are trained better
(4- years Military Training at NDA) and hold Positions of responsibility, so they do deserve more Pay and MSP. Sir, the very object of MSP has been misconstrued and not objectively understood. It is quite distinct from pay which is justified on the pleas adduced by the author of above letter. But military service pay is in regard to various hazards and tough duties in Militarily and the risk of life involved while performing such duties. Life cannot be evaluated on the basis of officer and men ranks. Life is life and equal for all. There should be no politics on the same. On one should have objection until he is adversely affected and every one has a right to project his cause. Some cases have also been filed in courts and admitted for hearing. (1) By Passing ACC - Army Cadet College EXAM, JAWANS from Army, Airforce, Navy Presently getting MSP of Rs 5,200 can upgrade to get MSP Rs 15,500 of Officers. (2) GOOD NEWS: EQUAL MSP for JAWANS by Army Head Quarters. *(3) JAWANS from Army, Airforce, Navy should clear ACC EXAM for EQUAL MSP Rs 15,500 and prove to Army Head quarters that they are capable of Officers MSP*

What do you think of yourself as officer or anonymous. Now listen my words carefully. 1. Upsc conduct various types of exam and not all are so tough and of same level as civil service exam.
2. After joining forces jawan can only apply ACC exam only because of HR policy made by officers donot allow them to apply for other civil exam conducted by Upsc. Jawan didn't get permission for higher education , apply for civil post for career enhancement.
3. Many jawans are able to Crack group A and B post govt exams but after joining force they are compelled not go out by framing policies against them.
4. Now come to your second point of commanding 100 jawan and doing santry duty. a) For that difference in nature of duty govt has given you a higher basic pay, many perks and benifit that are not for jawan , govt has given you a status and enhanced lifestyle than jawan and you narrow thinking , selfish officer are fighting against us for MSP , You should support your jawan.
b.You are passing bad comments like bidi , gutka alcohol , BP, diabetes, lifestyle disease on us , that show your attitude and thinking towards us. Poor.
c. There will not be any loss in your status and lifestyle as officer in armed forces if we get same MSP. We are asking same msp not same salary. But your replies shows that you are thinking in wrong direction.
