*Govt to Ascertain LMC ka Karan and then Govt to pay OROP-2 to OFFICERS and JAWANS who served FULL TERM FULLY FIT and to BC - BATTLE CSUALTY and NO OROP to LMC GUTKA and NO OROP to PMR who ran away from Military Duty*
*Govt should also decide LMC ka Karan - GUTKA or BC- Battle Casualty*
- GUTKA, DARU, CIGARETTE, BIDI are responsible for Lifestyle Diseases which makes Soldiers LMC, should be given LMC OROP or not ....as LMC OROP should be applicable for BC - BATTLE CASUALTY only.
OROP Policy is made by LMC GUTKA in favour of LMC-Low Medical Categories with LIFE STYLE DISEASES like DIABETES, BP, SUGAR, HEART DISEASE and STROKE, OBESITY and diseases associated with SMOKING and ALCOHOL etc for which NO DISABILITY PENSION is REQUIRED.....as they serve FULL TENURE in PEACE AREA and don't Serve in FIELD AREA like DOKLAM and TAWANG and draw DOUBLE OROP....
