For Hony Fg Offrs the maximum terms of engagement fixed @ 30 yrs till 1998 and there after it is 32 yrs as per appx X to Cir 555. After representation with CGDA by me Maximum Terms of engagement of HFOs revised to 33 yrs but for HFOs after 1.5.98 only vide Cir 625. Prior to this period HFOs are still loser by Rs 70 /month wef 1.7.2014 till 31 12.2015 and Rs180/month till date. Pertinent to note is MTE for JWO/WO/MWO is 33 yrs. Have anyone taken up case with XGDA
Dear HFO J K PRASAD Ji Namskar I am Ex=252946 HFO Surjit Singh Dhaliwal. Disability pensioner DoD 31/12/2001 Disability 20% on retirement. Increased to 50% on court orders. I recd benefit PPO for 32 yrs. as per cir.555 With your Help I apprised DAV of cir 625. thru email on 8 Apr My case is pending since Mar 2017. Hope it will see light of the day soon. Pl. give me your email Id so that we can share information. I got benefit for three yrs before the date of case in AFT. I am told by DAV that as per new policy benefit of broad banding are limited to maximum limit of three yrs from prior to the date of filing of case in court.I have lot of correspondence on this.
