    1. Please go through the above mentioned news on affidavit filed by GOI on OROP . The amount of Rs. 42740.28 Crores towards expenses One Rank One Pension totally as stated by Government side is totally baseless and felt that that this is one type of be fooling procedure to Honourable Supreme Court . Being an Ex Serviceman and Ex Bank Clerk (HDFC Bank) I wish to say that the amount as shown as Rs. 42740.28 is utilised for for Ex Serviceman pension and OROP and the amount not fully for One Rank One Pension. The One Rank One Pension (For name sake in actual One Rank Many Pension which is totally most diluted version and far away from the actual definition of One Rank One Pension and the actual Pension table for Officers and JCOs and Below Ranks are placed below the news on pleas in HSC. In addition I wish to state that the case of One Rank One Pension based on Bhagat Singh Koshiyari report in 2011 as attached was approved/passed by two Parliament during UPA regime and NDA I regime but with the help of Bureaucrat Lobbies the same has been diluted in a very pathetic stage in 2015/2016 on declaration and implementation respectively which is totally dead against with rules and regulation of parliament which was passed in 2014 and 2015 and issuing such type of diluted version is shows as apathy of NDA Government and Bureaucrats

In view of the above , I wish to state that this matter may also be taken with Senior Advocate within two weeks as reply to HSC for early settlement of the case
